    PowerPro is developed by a dedicated team of Training Professionals and Software Engineers. The language and terminology used in the system matches what your Trainers, Assessors and Compliance Officers use daily. The feedback from a large pool of users aligned with Industry Compliance requirements guides the continuous improvement and development of our Student Management System.

  • Transition and Onboarding

    As part of the onboarding process, a case manager is allocated to new clients. This case manager assists with the transition to PowerPro and coordinates the import of any AVETMISS data available. A training block of five (5) hours is allocated to the client. This is typically delivered online over five (5) one (1) hour sessions. However, this can be adjusted to meet client needs. The onboarding process is covered by the initial fee however additional training may incur charges - please refer to the Price Calculator or Contact Us for more information.

  • Continuous Improvement

    Like a student’s journey through their training program, PowerPro users are regularly in touch with our Support Team: to train a new staff member, to request a new report or automation, to get assistance with a funding claim lodgement or to suggest an improvement.     PowerPro NEO is the most cost-effective way to tick the student management system compliance box. This entry-level product allows new RTOs to manage students, courses, and trainers to fulfill reporting and compliance requirements with minimal effort. PowerPro NEO does not include non-accredited training, invoicing or trainer scheduling. These sub systems become available when upgrading to PowerPro SKY or DUO.

    PowerPro DUO is the Student Management System and eLearning turn key solution. DUO combines PowerPro Sky with eLearning at a competitve price. Prospective students enrol online using the NCVER endorsed enrolment form and their enrolment flows into the eLearning platform according to customisable RTO business rules. The completion of eLearning units/clusters is fed back to PowerPro closing the loop, allowing users to finalise the process.

  • Student Journey

    eLearning is an integral part of vocational training. Online training may result in unit completion or require further action depending on the process workflow. DUO covers the student journey process from enrolment to post training feedback.
