PowerPro Team: More than just a Student Management System
PowerPro are more than just the team of developers and professionals behind a student management system – we’re a small but dedicated and passionate team committed to helping your RTO succeed.
We’ve been working alongside the VET sector for years, that means we understand the real challenges training providers face, and we’ve built PowerPro RTO to make your work easier.
Our journey started back when compliance was simpler, eLearning was rare and AVETMISS reporting was still new. Back then, RTOs were often building their own tools out of necessity – and PowerPro was born from that need. Since then, we’ve grown alongside the industry, shaped by input from our users every step of the way.
We’re proud of our hands-on and human approach. When you call or email us, you’re speaking to someone who knows PowerPro inside out and offers real support, not just a ticket number.
We believe great software should evolve with the people that use it. That’s why many of our features come from user suggestions – we don’t just listen, we build what matters to you.

Favourite Thing About PowerPro: The accomplished feeling from assisting a client with new or existing features
Office Superpower: Fixing problems..FAST! and speaking SQL like a second language (But I also speak English and Portuguese!)
Outside of Work: I value quality time with my family and good friends. I also love being outside among the wildlife and outdoor sports like windsurfing, stand up paddle boarding, swimming and of course, cycling with Gillette the PowerPro Mascot!

Accounts and Office Manager
Fun Fact: I am originally from Tasmania and can confirm we do not have two heads!
Favourite Thing About PowerPro: I love the Workflow feature; it’s a great visual indicator. I use it daily and believe it is not used to its full potential
Office Superpower: I am the “behind the things” person. I make sure everything is working, organised and know things – “The Oracle”
Outside of Work: I enjoy listening to music, sewing, going to the gym, and summertime. I am an avid local theatre patron

Office Superpower: Teaching clients how to use PowerPro and get the most out of it for their needs
Outside of Work: I like to ride bikes, sometimes silly distances and sometimes for days at a time

Fun Fact: I study Japanese and even lived in Japan briefly!
Favourite Thing About PowerPro: The Web Plugin and API (no surprise I had a big hand in developing both!) they connect multiple levels of users and I love seeing the systems work in harmony
Office Superpower: I make a decent matcha latte, can hyperfocus on coding and give me a topic I’m interested in, I’ll talk your ear off!
Outside of Work: I enjoy reading manga (I do read the occasional ‘real’ book usually recommended to me by my partner Sarah) play video games and brush up on my coding skills

Favourite Thing About PowerPro: I really enjoy establishing rapport with our clients and being able to have a laugh while assisting with any support enquiries
Office Superpower: I have a ‘spidey sense’ for when the office biscuit jar has been refilled
Outside of Work: I’m highly competitive, but also a massive geek. I love staying in to play video games, but I’ll never say no to going outside and relaxing with a round of golf
