The Web Trainer is an optional module of PowerPro. It allows RTO Trainers to securely view and result their own students using a smartphone, laptop, or any PC with internet access.
The results entered by the Trainer or Assessor sync back to the RTO office and integrate into PowerPro RTO regularly (e.g. every 15 minutes).
Each result is time stamped and tagged with the Trainer’s name inside PowerPro.

Moreover, if RTO admin staff update a course enrolment or change individual unit outcomes, the Trainer can view those updates almost in real time (e.g. sync every 15 minutes).

Compliant with Australian VET Standards, this student management system follows all national regulations.
