Resource Allocation Program for Training (RAPT)
RAPT is a data reporting format used by contracted registered training organisations for lodging reports, validating data, and obtaining payment information from Department of Training and Workforce Development. This resource is specific to Western Australian providers
Funded training in WA is reported via this format. PowerPro generates files based on funded training records. These files are then uploaded to the TAMS portal for validation. Once validated, the RTO can lodge a claim. Claims are usually lodged monthly.
A color-coded data preview and field validation assists PowerPro users before uploading files to TAMS:

As a training provider, you’re required to comply with RAP Training Package standards. This applies to all learners enrolling in these programs, regardless of whether the instruction is delivered in-person, online, or through a hybrid method. Additionally, this requirement is crucial for ensuring precise record-keeping and adherence to regulatory standards set by the Australian government. It also enables the efficient reporting of student accomplishments and certifications across various education and training providers.
